Assessment of Services

This study will conduct a national survey of patients, family members and caregivers of those with an inherited heart rhythm disorder, unexplained cardiac arrest or sudden unexpected death to assess how access to services differ across Canada and understand how differences in resource availability affect the self-efficacy and empowerment of these individuals.
