What is a Care Set?
Tailored to a patient’s needs, a Care Set is a package of Guideline-Driven Recommendations and Educational Resources that address relevant health conditions.
After collecting, integrating, and analyzing data in the VIRTUES platform, patients may receive different Care Sets (modules) based on their health conditions and needs.
For patients with co-morbidities—multiple concurrent conditions—several Care Sets can be enabled simultaneously, working together to provide comprehensive treatment.
